III, INSTRUCTION FOR USING FULL AUTOMATIC INCENSE MAKING MACHINE FAT - 09S
- Step 1: Mix the powder
- Step 2: Adjust the incense foot
Adjust the foot on the toothpick launcher: We need to adjust the length and shortness of the toothpick base, then we use a round, straight toothpick and put the tip of the toothpick between the 2 wheels (iron wheel and rubber wheel). We use our thumb to roll the iron wheel clockwise, the toothpick will be pulled in until the last toothpick tip passes through the 2 wheels and then stop. The front part of the toothpick tip (the incense foot) to the nozzle mold is the size we need to find.
For example: the toothpick tip → nozzle mold head is 7 centimeters, but we need the foot to be 10 centimeters, then we push the toothpick tray forward another 3 centimeters and we measure if it is enough, then we lock the toothpick tray lock screw (launcher) to avoid displacement (and vice versa).
Align the foot on the toothpick stopper: After we have fixed the size of the toothpick stopper, we bring the toothpick stopper close to the tip of the toothpick.
Note:
- Look and check the two ends of the toothpick again.
- The front end should just touch or be about 3→5 dem apart.
- The back end should just pass through the 2 wheels - there should not be a gap between the 2 wheels but should just touch the center of the gap between them.
- Step 3: Pour the powder into the machine hopper to create incense:
After pouring the powder into the hopper. Then throw a few toothpicks by hand to check if the machine has aligned the foot correctly and evenly. When the check is done, remove the toothpick picker, turn on the switch to run the machine.
